A small game inspired on a clinical case described on the book An Introduction to Modern CBT: Psychological Solutions to Mental Health Problems, by German psychologist Stefan G. Hofmann.
The idea is to translate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts into game mechanics to create an interactive learning experience.
